Business Flex, Business (discontinued), Meeting Rooms (discontinued)

Organization owners can manage their billing settings and review their billing statements from the organization's Billing tab.

To navigate to the Billing tab:

  1. Select your organization's name from the navigation menu.
  2. Select the Billing tab.

You will see a summary of your most recent and next projected bill.

Subscription prices vary each month based on usage.

To see your organization's monthly usage over time:

  1. Navigate to the Billing tab.
  2. Click the link "monthly usage reports here".

To view your billing statements:

  1. Navigate to the Billing tab.
  2. Click the link see billing statements here.

You will see a list of transactions, with links to statements as downloadable PDF files.

To update your billing information:

  1. Navigate to the Billing tab.
  2. Click Update credit card.
  3. Enter your name and credit card information, and click Save.

Upgrading from the Personal Plan

If your organization is on the Personal Plan, you will see a thin bar at the top of the page to upgrade. Click that button for more information about the features available with a paid subscription, and for an opportunity to upgrade.
